To repair a node without evicting it from the cluster

  1. Open Cluster Administrator.
  2. In the console tree, click the node requiring repair.
  3. On the File menu, click Stop Cluster Service.
  4. If the node must be rebooted after being repaired, set the Cluster service to start manually.

  5. Perform repair operations on the node.
  6. On the File menu, click Start Cluster Service to restart the Cluster service on that node.
